all maintain our high standard of service and advice.

How do you help me to address my needs?
We are committed to give professional advice that best suit your needs. In order
to achieve this, we need to find out about your goals, needs, investment objectives,
financial resources, obligations and personal situation before we recommend any
products to you.
You have the right not to divulge your financial information to us if you do not
wish to do so. However, without complete information we may not be able to recommend
the best solution for your individual needs.
What should I know about the risks of the products you recommended to me?
We will explain to you the risks associated with the products we recommended to
you in accordance with the codes and guidelines issued from time to time by the
relevant regulatory authorities, such as the insurance Authority and the Professional
Insurance Brokers, etc. You should ask us to clarify any risks not clear to you.
What information do you maintain in my file and can I examine my file?
We maintain a record of your personal profile, which includes details of your investment
objectives, financial situation and needs. We also maintain records of any recommendations
and discussions of significance we have made with you.? If you wish to examine your
file, feel free to contact us and we will make the arrangement for you.
